Accommodation

One of the beautiful features of the Old Vicarage is the living room with its large wooden beams and wood burner set in the original 16th century inglenook fireplace which still boasts its bread oven and what may have been a smokery.  You can enjoy romantic evenings relaxing in front of the fire but if the wood fire is not enough to entertain, there is also a smart TV for your use in the living room.
Please note that there is wi-fi but, be warned we are at the end of the line, consequently it is very slow.

In addition to the multi fuel stove the lounge has underfloor heating.  A basket of logs is supplied, and the fire made up ready for lighting on your arrival. Further supplies of logs are available for purchase thereafter.

In the kitchen there is a slimline dishwasher and fridge, freezer, microwave, oven with hob and washing machine

The upstairs of the cottage comprises of a lovely characterful double bedroom with exposed beams and a modern ensuite and shower room.

The cottage has its own patio/courtyard with garden furniture where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. You are encouraged to enjoy the beautiful one-acre garden with a pond including seating areas throughout where you can relax with a drink and enjoy your holiday as well as enjoy the varied wildlife that also visits the garden.

Please note that there is a strict no smoking policy.
Towels and bedding are provided.
Prices starting from £420.
